Tax exemption is available. Individuals must:

  • Provide a valid Tax Exemption Form issued by the state of Colorado. Certificates issued by other state and/or federal agencies are not valid.
  • Payment of all room charges must be made either by a credit card and/or check issued by the government agency/organization that qualifies for Tax-Exempt Status.
  • Payments may not be made in cash, by personal check, or with a personal credit card.
