Greetings,
I’m interested in hearing from organizations or individuals that have utilized this passive prairie dog relocation technique. I’d be interested in its effectiveness, the aggressiveness shown by prairie dogs towards each other, and any other details about the technique that may be important to know.
I’d also be interested in those that are opposed to this technique, is it humane? and why do you oppose it? I’ve heard from a few of you already, and it gives me pause.
This method of passive relocation was adopted by our City Council to include in Lafayette’s Prairie Dog Conservation Plan going forward, and I’d like to learn more…
