Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado is hiring for two positions.
The Community and Engagement Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible for coordinating and delivering VOC’s strategic engagement programs to broaden the variety of people involved in outdoor stewardship. A large portion of this role includes field-based volunteer project work, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of VOC’s existing youth, family, and school programs.
The Associate Director of Statewide Stewardship is a full-time, senior management position that works collaboratively within VOC’s team to ensure high organizational performance results within VOC’s boots-on-the-ground programs. The position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leading and supporting the development and maintenance of statewide land manager and other project-related partnerships; oversight of annual volunteer project development, and directing programmatic delivery through projects that strategically address recreation and ecosystem stewardship needs through diverse volunteer populations.
