COSA Stewardship agreement for commercial users?

Good morning,

Eagle County Open Space is developing a Commercial Activity policy to manage and oversee commercial users on Open Space properties. As part of the agreement for commercial users to operate on our properties, we are interested in having them sign a stewardship agreement or affidavit that sets our expectations for stewardship and care of the natural resources. I’m reaching out to see if any other Open Space programs have developed a similar agreement or if anyone is familiar with this type of document that we may be able to use as a model.
