Good morning COSA List Serve. The Town of Windsor is working on it’s first Open Space and Trails Strategic Plan. We’re looking for the ways communities classify different types of Open Space Areas. If you have information you can share, please send it my way. We’re also interested in collaborations with storm water departments in relation to detention pond facilities use as open space and/ or maintenance responsibilities.
