The City and County of Denver’s Parks and Recreation department has a job opening for an Ecology Program Coordinator to support vegetation and wildlife management throughout the Denver Mountain Parks system. The job duties will be divided between weeds management (50%), supporting the forestry program (30%), and wildlife management (20%). This position will also support the bison management program and our ideal candidate will have experience in bison and grassland ecology. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for and knowledge of ecology and natural resource management and are looking to take on a leadership role.
