Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) is seeking a consultant experienced in strategic planning to lead the organization’s Board of Directors and staff through a long-range strategic planning process. Successful applicants will be expected to guide the organization in implementing a sound strategic planning process, establishing its Strategic Planning Team, conducting interviews and facilitating all working sessions, and ultimately developing a final strategic plan that provides VOC with clear objectives and action steps to achieve organizational goals.
