American Conservation Experience (ACE), in partnership with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, is hiring for some amazing opportunities for early career conservation professionals in the Denver area at the Colorado Front Range National Wildlife Refuge Complex. We are hoping to focus our search locally to folks in the areas near Rocky Mountain Arsenal or other refuges in the complex, so I’d really appreciate if anyone is willing or able to share with any contacts they have in the area. American Conservation Experience (ACE), in partnership with the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), is hiring for multiple exciting opportunities at Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge and the Colorado Front Range National Wildlife Refuge Complex. Specifically, members will work with FWS staff to manage wildfire risk by getting hands on experience managing non-native grasses and forbs that increase fire intensity, mowing and thinning to reduce hazardous fuel loading, and with general wildfire preparedness and prevention activities. Specifically, we are hiring for one agarcia.
