COSA CO Cartridges

I am wondering what other entities are doing with the current CO Cartridge shortage For Prairie dog management within 100 feet of structures? You can’t use AP and Perc is not allowed within 100 feet of structures either. If anyone has any other options or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
