Lost Ranger Wildfire Mitigation Services is based out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and utilizes a saw crew to complete wildfire mitigation and forest health projects. Lost Ranger is seeking skilled and entry level sawyers for the 2024 field season. Employment opportunities are available April – November with a 4 month minimum commitment (June – September).
Job requirements include a strong work ethic, the ability to work outside for 10+ hours/day, and the ability to carry 50lbs and heavier. Previous saw experience is not required. Lost Ranger will provide saw training, S212 certification, and housing for the right candidate.
