Hello COSA Community,
Denver Water is seeking contractor information for the development of several new outdoor recreation areas at Gross Reservoir following the Gross Reservoir Expansion Project.
Amenities we are planning to construct include several new trailheads and parking lots, picnic areas, boat launches, hiking trails, handicap accessible amenities, etc.
Any contacts or shared experiences with regard to planning and executing a project of this scale is greatly appreciated.
