COSA Accepting Applications for the 2025 Partners in the Outdoors Conferen ce Planning Committee

Greetings!

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications to be on the 2025 Partners in the Outdoors Conference planning committee.

The Partners in the Outdoors Conference Planning Committee is a collaboration of individuals from several different organizations that represent a broad range of interests that relate to conservation and recreation. This includes (but is not limited to) sportspersons, biologists, environmental educators, recreationalists, land managers, advocacy groups, outfitters, ranchers, agriculturalists, business owners, conservationists, researchers, and more. We strive to include individuals with diverse backgrounds, identities, interests, areas of expertise, and perspectives.

We are seeking 3-5 new committee members who have an interest or background in wildlife conservation and/or outdoor recreation. While anyone is welcome to apply, this year we are specifically seeking to add committee members who represent the following areas:

  • Hunting and angling organization/s

  • Agriculture

  • Outdoor industry and business

  • Youth and young adult (under the age of 25 years old)

  • Tribal or Indigenous community
