Blue Elements is seeking a Program Manager to guide our AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards Program. This is a full time remote eligible position, with proximity to the Leadville, Buena Vista, and Salida region preferred.
Blue Elements is a Leadville based, grassroots organization dedicated to advancing water education and conservation in Colorado. We are committed to fostering the next generation of environmental leaders through our AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards Program. Our AmeriCorps members play a vital role in supporting the local sustainability of water resources and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead our team and drive the program’s success.
The AmeriCorps Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards program. The Program Manager has the full-time responsibility of the development, operation, and evaluation of the program. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AmeriCorps Program Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting, managing, and mentoring AmeriCorps members, providing support to host-sites, and overseeing all programmatic aspects.
