Good morning COSA Listserv. The Town of Windsor recently acquired 300 acres of Open Space using our 2022 Tax Ballot Measure specifically for the purposes of preserving open space. We are now looking for best strategies to protect the preservation of this and future acquisitions. Does anyone have any unique tools they have employed in the preservation of their Open Spaces and Natural Areas, beyond a typical conservation easement or in addition to a conservation easement.
