JEFFERSON COUNTY PARKS & OPEN SPACE SMALL RESEARCH GRANTS PROGRAM
Jefferson County Parks & Open Space (JCPOS) is pleased to offer the Small Research Grant Program to support individuals or groups in conducting applied studies on JCPOS lands in 2026. The goal of this program is to fund research that will inform management of natural, cultural, and recreational resources on JCPOS parklands.

Awards typically range from $10,000 to $15,000 but smaller proposals will be considered. The proposal deadline is 5:30 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026. You are strongly encouraged to contact JCPOS staff at OSgrants to discuss potential ideas and proposals prior to submission.
