The City of Longmont is hiring for a full-time Watershed Ranger I/II stationed at Button Rock Preserve (a 3,000-acre nature preserve surrounding the primary drinking water source for Lyons and Longmont). This unique ranger position combines diverse duties including code enforcement, emergency response, wildland fire suppression, natural resource stewardship, and dam operations. Desired qualifications include chainsaw, wildland fire, EMS, and natural resource experience and/or certifications.
