Denver Mountain Parks is looking to add three seasonal park rangers to the team. Two of these opportunities are 7-month positions and one is a 11-month positions. All positions have a mandatory start date of 5/4/26. Denver Mountain Park rangers report to headquarters located in Morrison, CO which is adjacent to Denver owned Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. In this position you would be required to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and the hours in this position may vary. These seasonal non-benefitted positions are budget dependent but historically have worked 39 hours/week. The Denver Mountain Parks seasonal park ranger position offers competitive pay ($24.00/hr), a flexible 4×10 work week, and most importantly a chance to work with a great team. Denver Mountain Park rangers are responsible for natural resource management, rule and regulation enforcement, outdoor education and interpretation, and response to emergency situations.
