We’d like to share about our program called COOLER-CLImates. For this program, we are recruiting about 10 students, 10 faculty, and 10 representatives from organizations, and an honorarium may be provided. Below is a short description about the program, and we have also attached a flyer and description with more information.
We would really appreciate it if you could share it widely with your colleagues and on any mailing lists you have, and of course would love if you were interested in the program 🙂

Join us in the coming year! As a COOLER-CLImates community organization participant you will earn an honorarium for completing the program, and work toward making our world more sustainable.
The COOLER Climate Leadership Institute (COOLER-CLImates) is a pilot program with the goal of building a community where UNC students and faculty, and local organizations learn together, support each other, and collaborate on projects that fit their common interests/needs and help address climate change resilience in the region. The program will run from Sep 2024-April 2025. A stipend may be provided for participants.
Our first workshop is in-person on Saturday, September 14th in Greeley, CO. At this workshop you’ll get to interact with representatives from other community organizations, and UNCO students and faculty.

COOLER (Community Collaboration and Learning for Climate Resilience) is a National Science Foundation-funded project based at University of Northern Colorado that aims to build a learning ecosystem around climate change resilience in Northern Colorado.
