Jeffco Parks & Open Space (JCPOS) is happy to share the following job posting for a Customer Service Representative – Fairgrounds & CSU Extension.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers by providing basic and routine information and service in support of the Fairgrounds and CSU Extension offices. The ideal candidate performs a variety of general office support and receptionist duties including answering telephones, providing information, documenting calls, performing data entry, receiving inquiries and responding, assisting internal and external contacts, and resolving problems or referring inquiries to the appropriate personnel, taking payments, and checking-in plant and insect samples. The CSR will collaborate with the Fairgrounds Event Coordinator to ensure all event client needs are met including assisting with generating and processing client documentation. The successful candidate is an excellent communicator and follows established procedures to provide answers and/or handle customer needs, issues, and concerns as appropriate; establishes and maintains records; and composes and sends correspondence.
