Hello COSA community,
El Paso County Parks is in the process of launching an asset management program and is currently evaluating different enterprise software solutions. We are particularly interested in hearing from any organizations that have experience with Cityworks (Trimble Unity Maintain) and would be willing to share honest feedback on how it has been deployed and used in real‑world applications.
As many of you know, establishing an asset management enterprise is a major undertaking that requires significant financial and staffing resources. As we work through our due diligence process, we would also welcome recommendations on any other asset management platforms you have found effective.
In addition, we are interested in learning about your approaches to organizational change management and system roll‑outs, including what strategies supported staff adoption and what challenges you encountered during implementation.
