Provide expert advice on long-term goals, project prioritization, and complex capital investments. The role is responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and manages high value projects that have significant public interest. Coordinates with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders and presents project updates to leadership, elected officials, and the public.
