Jeffco Open Space is currently hiring an Open Space Project Manager to join our Planning and Projects Team. This position is dynamic and will have a wide array of responsibilities including:
- Oversight of design, purchasing, construction, and contract management for all assigned projects
- Create and evaluate requests for proposals, qualifications, and information; statements of work; change orders; and other contract documents pertaining to consultants and contractors
- Gather data, evaluate scenarios, make recommendations to keep projects within scope, on budget, and on schedule
- Responsible for written, oral, and graphic information
- Attend and/or present at public meetings and respond to public inquiries
