We are excited to announce an opening for a Heritage Stewardship Supervisor.
As the Heritage Stewardship Supervisor, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Jefferson County Open Space (JCOS) Heritage Stewardship Program. You will also manage JCOS Historic Sites Stewardship Plan, coordinate the heritage stewardship education, and overseeing Hiwan Museum operations. For example you will oversee inventory, and take appropriate actions related to heritage asset management. Additional duties include heritage education, museum, and curation management; volunteer coordination, community engagement, special event management, budget management, grant writing and administration; and interpretive media implementation.
