COSA Researching Single-Track/Pump-Track/Bike-Track Closure Policy

We are attempting to gather information on how other municipalities and parks departments manage closure of their singletrack/pumptrack/bike track amenities. We are particularly interested in any ordinance language and associated penalties that address when users use trail systems when they are closed due to muddy conditions and cause damage. How are closures handled? Do you close the trails seasonally? If not, how do you handle snow covered or muddy trails? Are your tracks monitored daily, year round, or just seasonally? Please provide any ordinances, pictures of signage, municipal code, policy, etc. that you feel comfortable sharing. We are also curious about enforcement, if you impose a fine or other punitive consequence, please share that information as well. Thank you for your assistance.
