The IP Program Director will excel at organization, developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, and supervising and supporting a small team of staff all in support of creating life changing experiences for individuals looking for exciting and career propelling experiences.
The IP Program Director will join a passionate and mission driven staff who work from two primary offices in Flagstaff and Tucson and support projects throughout the state – from Grand Canyon in the north to Saguaro National Park in the south; across the 6 national forests in Arizona which include parts of the largest contiguous Ponderosa Pine forest stand in the world; to the 4 deserts which blanket the state.
