Good afternoon!Colorado Parks and Wildlife is hiring a Public Information Officer for the Northwest Region located in Grand Junction.
The Northwest Region Public Information Officer is a member of the Northwest Region administrative staff and provides the public, media, CPW staff, other government entities and non-governmental organizations with information about opportunities to hunt, fish and enjoy wildlife and outdoor recreation specific to the Northwest Region. This position serves as the region’s staff authority concerning the region’s communication program, needs and challenges and provides advice and guidance to regional management to develop communication strategies relevant to regional goals and initiatives.
