The City of Longmont Ecosystem Management Workgroup has funding available through its Funded Research Program for research, monitoring, or inventories that will help further the City’s understanding of our natural resources and management practices. For research that crosses the boundaries of our neighbors (Boulder County Parks and Open Space, Jefferson County Open Space, and the City of Boulder), we will also consider interagency grant proposals for joint funding. If a consultation with the City is desired, please contact me by Dec. 5th to review your proposal idea. The proposal deadline is Jan 13, 2023.
