Good morning COSA Listserve. I’ve been asked to research the feasibility of creating an in-house construction and maintenance crew for trails and open space. I know many entities have crews that build soft surface trails, I’m looking for a model that has an in-house construction crew that could build up to a 10’ wide concrete trail. Does anyone have or know of any existing models?
