The Westminster Open Space program has been asked to investigate the possibility of use fees for some of our properties, specifically our Dog Parks. I’m looking to gather any information about existing Open Space fee programs, or any studies that others may have done. I’d appreciate any information you might be able to provide.
I’m glad to share the information when I have it all compiled, as I imagine that revenue is a hot topic for a lot of programs right now.
