World-renowned botanist, evolutionary biologist, and conservation advocate, Peter Raven, will present a live webinar on Saving Plants, Saving Ourselves. He will highlight some of Colorado’s native plants that adorn our plains, foothills, mountains, and western slope; the importance of the ecosystems they inhabit and of ecosystems worldwide in the functioning and quality of the air, water, and soil on which life depends; and the food, medicines, and other products they produce. Dr. Raven will also spotlight the plight of some rare, threatened, and endangered plant species locally and worldwide, and what we can do to overcome these threats to help create a more sustainable world for ourselves and all living things.

Please note: Due to the number of participants attending this event, we cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered.
