You may or may not be aware that the Colorado Tourism Office has a FREE online Hospitality Training program which anyone can take at any time. We thought this might be a useful, fun team learning opportunity for you, your employees, your boards, or commissions to build excitement for the upcoming summer season! You will not only gain more knowledge about CO, you will also help raise the State’s overall hospitality (welcoming) level!
The CO Concierge Hospitality Training currently features training modules on Care for Colorado, CO Essentials, CO Style Hospitality, Traveler Safety, CO Travel Regions and an upcoming NEW Hunting and Fishing Module (sponsored by Colorado Parks and Wildlife, CPW) which we hope to release during Care for Colorado Week, May 15-22, 2021.
To further enhance and incentivize this training, the CTO has just launched a NEW CO Concierge Recognition Program so that each individual who completes all modules will receive a CO Concierge Lapel Pin, Digital Badge and more. In addition, your organization can qualify for a Gold or Silver Level Certification based on the number of employees who complete the training.
Lastly, we look forward to providing you, in May, with ready-to-go assets highlighting each Care for Colorado Leave No Trace principle to share daily during Care for Colorado Week from the 15th to the 22nd!
