I hope this finds you all well. I have run into an interesting financial situation with a landowner. I am in discussions with a landowner about placing a conservation easement on their property that currently has a reverse mortgage. I am interested to hear from you if you have run into this situation and how did you and the landowner satisfy the mortgage lender while successfully placing the conservation easement?
