Do you know of someone (maybe you?) that has experience in leading the review of large-scale, complex land development proposals; with projects involving numerous stakeholders and multiple state and federal jurisdictions; assessment of habitat impacts and mitigation strategies; and technical expertise on wildlife impacts from land use decisions?
