Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) department is seeking to hire a Forestry Resource Specialist. The Resource Specialist is a journey level classification. Professional duties include working with the Forestry Staff in a variety of forest management and wildland/prescribed fire management projects. The forestry/fire program at Boulder County Parks and Open Space is responsible for implementing sustainable forest management on approximately 30,000 acres of County land. We pride ourselves in the work we do and are eager to bring on a new team member!
