The City and County of Denver’s Parks department is collecting applications for a Wildlife Management and Outreach Technician. This seasonal position functions under the Education and Wildlife Management Program of Denver Parks in a variety of natural and open spaces, mountain parks and waterways, for the purpose of environmental conservation, establishing and maintaining healthy and sustainable ecosystems through vegetation restoration and enhancements, and wildlife and habitat management. We are looking for candidates with education or experience in environmental education/studies, natural resources, open space management, wildlife management, wildlife biology, forestry, or resilient landscapes.
