The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for performing a broad range of technical and consultive real estate related activities dealing with land acquisitions, transactions, document review and research for Jefferson County Open Space. This work involves start-to-finish coverage of the process, including negotiating price, terms, and contracts with landowners, processing requests for easements, licenses and permits, preparing and presenting proposals, performing physical property inspections and researching and maintaining records in the database for all Jefferson County Open Space properties.
This position operates on a flex schedule to be negotiated with the manager. This position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work as needed.
Target Hire Range: $78,752.01 – $87,244.86 USD Annual
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.
