About the Position
The OneCanopy Grants Manager has the exciting opportunity to build our grants program from the ground up, with a strong focus on capital and operational grants. This position will be responsible for leading and managing the entire portfolio of grant funds and applying for $3M+ in grants annually. This includes comprehensive research, proposal development, submission, and facilitating the grant process from pre-award to post-award including monitoring, budgetary oversight, reporting, efficient project management, and compliance. This pivotal role ensures the financial sustainability and expansion of OneCanopy’s mission and initiatives by effectively acquiring and managing grant funds. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional proficiency in writing, extensive research capabilities, comprehension of grant application procedures, diverse funding sources, and strong project management skills.
This is a six month remote position with potential for extension. We are looking for someone with experience in conservation in the Rocky Mountain region specifically. Annual comp is in the $65k – $80k range. To read more and apply for the job, please visit this link.
About OneCanopy
OneCanopy is a privately funded conservation nursery in northern Colorado growing native trees and shrubs for reforestation throughout the Rocky Mountains. We aim to be a premier partner and work directly with stakeholders throughout the entire conservation and reforestation pipeline, from seed collectors to nonprofits, from governments to schools.
