We are hiring for Regional Director at Mile High Youth Corps (MHYC) in Colorado Springs! Join our team working at the forefront of workforce development, natural resource management, and climate & environmental justice.

**Role Overview:**
– This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting pay rate of $60,000-$70,000/year depending on experience
– Lead our Southern Front Range Land Conservation program based in Colorado Springs
– Supervise a talented team including Rose Michael, Phillip Ponce and Emily Holmes!
– Responsible for directing youth and workforce development programming and operations and leading and cultivating a high-performing team while directing regional hiring, orientation and training for staff and AmeriCorps members (called Corpsmembers)
– Role previously held by CJ Whitted who is leaving MHYC after nearly a decade of service and relocating to northern Arizona in early March
