The City of Boulder Junior Ranger Program (an early work experience and stewardship education program for teens ages 14-17) is excited to announce that we are hiring for several leadership positions focused on youth development, early job skills, and environmental education! The Bilingual Senior Program Coordinator (currently posted, closing Monday Jan 13)
- This role is for someone who is organized, team-oriented, passionate about teaching young people, proactive with communication, and fluent in English and Spanish.
- The Bilingual Coordinator primarily focuses on connecting with underrepresented communities, communities of color, and Spanish speaking communities to promote the Junior Ranger program. During the summer, this position also spends approximately 60% of their time in the field, working with youth trail crews.
- The role runs February – September.

- These two positions manage programs and projects related to the Junior Ranger Program and assist in hiring, training, and overseeing Seasonal staff. During the summer, this position also spends approximately 60% of their time in the field, working with youth trail crews.
- This role runs March-September.

- These dynamic and high energy positions lead a team of 10 Junior Rangers to primarily complete trail maintenance projects, while building functional teams and supporting youth stewardship and development.
- This role runs May 12 – August 15.
- The hiring range starts at $17.78/hour.
