COSA Grant Funded Positions in Your Organization

Hello COSA,

I run the Majestic View Nature Center and we receive SCFD grant funding to help run our operations. The plight of the small nature centers and natural resources organizations is that we consistently struggle with getting the opportunity to hire full-time positions.

My question is, are there any other organization out there like ours that utilizes grant funds to pay for a full-time position that is non-benefited? Or benefited?
