I wanted to reach out to let you know about a HUGE Outdoor Education and Park Ranger Career Fair we will be hosting on Wednesday 1/24/24. I am also hoping you can spread the word about this awesome event.
This is our program’s largest event of the year, and it is open to both RRCC students and to the public. Our mission in hosting this fair is to encourage individuals to explore the many employment, internship, and volunteer options available in the fields of Outdoor Education and Park Ranger Technology. The event is located on “the bridge” of the Red Rocks Community College campus in Lakewood, CO on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
There will be 45 different organizations tabling at the fair. Just some of the job offerings:
- Park Rangers
- Wilderness/Backpacking Instructors
- Interpretive Rangers
- Environmental Educators
- Climbing Guides
- Way way more..
If you have a bulletin board or any way to share the attached flyer (email lists, telling employees, posting in break room, etc.), we would be super appreciative! This is a really great opportunity for anyone who wants to work outdoors. Jobs being offered range from Boulder to Leadville to the Front Range, so hopefully there is a job for everyone. Again, this is hosted by the Outdoor Education department, but is open to anyone who wants to find an awesome job working outdoors.
