The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department (BCPOS) is looking for an enthusiastic, outdoor/environmental education professional to join our team as the next Natural History Program Specialist.
The Natural History Program Specialist works within the Education and Outreach team at BCPOS and supports managing over 100 volunteer naturalists that have the crucial role of leading interpretive and educational programs for the public and school groups. This position is also in charge of working with BCPOS staff, like biologists, plant ecologists, foresters, and others to support citizen science projects across Boulder County that help provide important data for conservation and restoration work done by the department.
