The Colorado Lottery is excited to announce that it is accepting nominations for the 2018 Starburst Award. The deadline to submit your nominations is April 30, 2018.
Starburst Awards recognize excellence in the use of Lottery funds for community and conservation projects. Winners are chosen based on the creativity of the project, economic and social impact on the community, and whether the project achieved its goal.
Now in its 27th year, the Lottery has recognized more than 300 projects statewide ranging from ranches, trails, water parks, land acquisition, educational programs, fairgrounds, and baseball fields.
To be eligible for the award, projects must have been completed in the last five years and include funding through Lottery proceeds (GOCO, CTF, CPW, BEST).
