Larimer County Engineering and the Department of Natural Resources is seeking an individual with experience in the acquisition of right of way, trail easements, fee simple purchases and conservation easements. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of title, legal descriptions and appraisals. Applicants must also have a good skill set for the drafting of conservation easements and contracts. Applicants must have the ability and confidence to work one on one with landowners, attorneys, and be proficient with presentations to our various county boards and commissions.
