The City of Thornton respectfully requests proposals for consulting services for the Thornton Northern Properties Stewardship Plan, Project No. 19-231. Thornton is looking for a Consultant to provide Services on an on-call, as-needed basis to develop the Thornton Northern Properties Stewardship Plan (“Plan”). The overall goal of the Plan is to identify the best long-term uses of over 18,000 acres owned by Thornton in Larimer and Weld Counties. Ideally, in a thoughtful and intentional manner, the Plan will successfully incorporate a vision that achieves outcomes that are in the best interests of Thornton and the local communities where the properties are located. Implementation of the Plan could occur over several phases and multiple years. Any work to permit, design, or construct is outside the Scope and Services of the Plan.
