Greetings,
In Lafayette, we are being asked to gather info on what other jurisdictions may be doing with regards to allowing private paddle-boards (SUPs) onto their lakes.
What we need to know are the challenges, the procedures and costs involved in allowing it.
Are these devises required to be treated for aquatic nuisance species, what liability exists, etc…
Any information would be helpful.
