The COSA steering committee is thrilled to announce that the application period for the 2019 COSA Blue Grama Awards is now open. Please review the award categories carefully as they have been updated for 2019. Award applications must be received by Tuesday, July 16, 2019 and should include photographs and/or a short video of your project, program, or nominee. Award category descriptions and application instructions are attached. We look forward to reviewing your applications and announcing the Blue Grama Award winners in Steamboat Springs during the 2019 COSA Conference. - Outstanding Achievement by an Organization or Individual
- Outstanding Achievement in Community Partnership and Collaboration
- Outstanding Visitor Engagement Program
- Outstanding Achievement in Ecological Restoration or Recreation Management
Registration for the 2019 COSA Conference will open soon!This year’s conference will be held at the Steamboat Grand Hotel from September 16 – 18, 2019. An exciting line-up of keynote speakers, field trips, and workshops is taking shape and will be announced in the coming weeks. This year’s networking dinner will be held in downtown Steamboat Springs at Carl’s Tavern http://www.carlstavern.com/. Space is limited, so plan to register and book your hotel room early. We look forward to seeing you all in Steamboat Springs in September and celebrating 20 years of COSA conferences with you!
