The JR Program Lead provides support and leadership in all aspects of running the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Junior Ranger program (an early work experience and stewardship education program for teens ages 14-17) and associated events. This position will help hire, train, and supervise staff. They will be responsible for field and project management, team and staff responsiveness, curriculum implementation, skills development, public communications, and administrative and logistical support.
