Job Description
Landscape Maintenance Technician (LMT) needed for a 185 home condominium complex with
landscaping and water features in central Denver. Primary responsibilities include the following:
shrub pruning, trimming, and shaping maintenance, flower bed planting and care, plants in and
around ponds and streams maintenance plus in winter months, snow removal assistance.
(Lawncare and tree maintenance are provided by third party vendors.) Strong communication
skills are desired as this position interacts with a variety of people – HOA manager, other
maintenance staff, vendors and the HOA Grounds committee. This is a highly active and
physical position but one offering growth and education in landscape care. Minimum 2 years of
professional landscaping experience or equivalent education in horticulture and landscape
maintenance.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday

in horticulture and landscape maintenance
