COSA New Job Posting: Boulder County’s Senior Planner for Forest Health

We are excited to announce that the Senior Planner for Forest Health with Boulder County’s Community Planning and Permitting Department is now open!

This is a new position within the county. The individual hired will be responsible for coordinating and accelerating landscape-scale forest health, wildfire mitigation, and watershed protection efforts across Boulder County by collaborating with a long list of partners. The individual will support efforts to increase understanding on the links between climate change, wildfire risk, forest health, water quality and overall resiliency.

Please note that Boulder County is currently recruiting for two separate, senior forestry positions: a Senior Planner for Forest Health and a Senior Forestry Resource Specialist.
